I am an ardent fan of castiron cookware. I use castiron or stainless steel cookware to cook. I found Cumin Enamelled Castiron cookware very cute and well made. Made Hyderabadi Dalcha today and also posted the pics on Instagram my handle is castiron_olly

Very heavy but great quality

Very heavy but great quality...followed instructions and heated the pot for a good 5 mins before use and nothing stuck. need to use it regularly to be able to confirm if no erosion of the coating happens. Have bought the silicone accessories and cream.
