The Dutch Oven looks great and does an excellent job of non-stick cooking. I started off with some vegetable pulav made using an oven!! You can see the results. I plan to use it extensively. Hopefully it will live up to its promise!
By the way, the packaging in which it came was excellent and I was reluctant to dispose off it!

It’s heavy, which is expected from high-quality cast iron, but that’s what makes it so reliable. The enamel coating means no maintenance—just cook and wash. The first few uses took some adjustment to get the perfect slow-cooked results, but now I wouldn’t trade it for anything. We use it daily now, and at this price, I’ve never seen anything close to this quality in India!
