  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment failure, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping and Delivery (Domestic – India)

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are 5-7 business days, depending on location.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹5,000, order confirmation is mandatory before dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, strikes, or logistical delays).

7. International Shipping Policy

7.1 Availability

Cumin Co. ships internationally to select countries through assisted order placement only.

7.2 Order Placement

International customers cannot place orders directly through the Website.
To place an international order, customers must contact us via WhatsApp at +91-92204-40604 for confirmation, pricing, and shipping details.

7.3 Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are additional and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. These charges are not included in product prices.

7.4 Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may attract customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges as per the destination country’s regulations.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

7.5 No Returns or Refunds (International Orders)

All international orders are final.
No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances, including delays, customs issues, refusal to pay duties, or non-delivery due to local regulations.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Domestic Orders)

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs.
