Applies to orders placed on www.cuminco.com and shipped within India.


Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, product launches, or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery timelines

Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability. As a guide:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Checking your delivery

We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If it looks damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please:

  • Note the issue on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before accepting the package.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Record a complete unboxing video.

Claims for damage, tampering, or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. (See our Returns & Refunds policy for what to include.)

Delays

We work closely with our logistics partners, but delays can occasionally happen due to weather, operational disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. Thanks for your patience — we're always happy to help you track a shipment.
