MAESTROVALVE™

Three Cooking
Modes

Different ingredients need different cooking conditions. Delicate vegetables and idlis need a gentler approach, while rice, dal and curries need another. Tougher ingredients like rajma, chana and meat can benefit from higher pressure. Treble's three modes, Steam, Cook and Express, let you choose the right setting for what you're making, bringing more versatility into one cooker. There's a little learning involved, but the payoff is greater control over everyday cooking.

ONE TWIST PRESSURE RELEASE

ONE TWIST PRESSURE RELEASE

No More
Waiting Around

Once cooking is done, waiting for pressure to release can feel like the longest part of the meal. Trying to speed things up with cold water or lifting the regulator can be unsafe. Treble’s One Twist Pressure Release makes the process quicker and simpler, releasing pressure up to 70% faster with a single twist. Less waiting, without resorting to unsafe shortcuts.

PRESSURE RELEASE SIGNAL

PRESSURE RELEASE SIGNAL

Visual cue for
safe opening

Knowing when a pressure cooker is safe to open shouldn't mean guessing or repeatedly checking the lid. Treble's pressure indicator rises as pressure builds and drops only when the pressure has fallen enough to open the cooker safely. It's a simple visual signal, designed to make an important part of pressure cooking easier to understand, so you can feel more confident about when to move to the next step.

VERTICAL STEAM RELEASE

VERTICAL STEAM RELEASE

No Spills.
No Mess.

Releasing steam is part of pressure cooking. Where that steam goes makes a difference. Treble's vertical steam release directs steam upwards instead of across the hob, helping keep nearby surfaces clearer and making the process more controlled. It's a small but considered design decision that addresses a familiar kitchen frustration. Always keep your hands and face away from the steam outlet while releasing pressure.

Meet a more considered way to pressure cook. Built around MaestroValve™, Treble gives you three cooking modes to match the pressure to what’s in the pot, whether it’s soft idlis, everyday dal or rajma that needs a little more. Its tri-ply stainless steel body distributes heat evenly, while the vertical steam release and pressure release indicator bring greater control to the cooking process. With one lid that fits both sizes and a body designed for years of daily use, Treble brings thoughtful engineering to the pressure cooker you already know.

Key features & benefits:

Three Cooking Modes
From delicate idlis to everyday dal and tougher ingredients like rajma, choose Steam, Cook or Express to suit what’s in the pot.

30% Faster in Express Mode*
For ingredients that need more pressure, Express mode gets them cooking faster than Cook mode, without compromising on the cooker’s safety engineering.

Vertical Steam Release
Steam is directed upwards through the valve, away from nearby surfaces, for a more controlled and less messy release.

Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Body
Three bonded layers distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface, helping ingredients cook consistently. Works on gas, electric and induction cooktops.

Pressure Release Indicator
A clear visual signal shows pressure building and dropping, helping you know when it’s safe to open the cooker.

Safety Valve
An automatic backup that releases pressure if it rises beyond safe limits, adding another layer of protection during cooking.

Valve Cage
Designed to shield the valve assembly, adding a protective layer around an important part of the pressure-control system.

Food-Grade Silicone Gasket
Creates the seal needed to build pressure inside the cooker. Made from food-grade silicone, it supports dependable sealing through everyday use.

One Lid, Two Sizes
A shared lid design brings added convenience, so you can use the same lid across both Treble sizes.

Warranty
Built for years of daily cooking, backed by a 5-year limited warranty, with an additional year on registration

About Material:

Treble’s tri-ply body brings together a food-safe, food-grade 18/8 surgical stainless steel inner surface, an aluminium core and a 430 stainless steel outer layer. Each layer plays a distinct role: the aluminium core helps distribute heat evenly, while the stainless steel construction is built for years of everyday cooking. The uncoated stainless steel cooking surface is designed for direct contact with food. It is non-reactive with everyday acidic ingredients like tomatoes, citrus and vinegar, helping preserve their natural taste without unwanted interaction with the cooking surface. And because Treble is induction-ready, this considered construction works across gas, electric and induction cooktops.

Making of Treble

Built on What We Heard

We listened to the people who use pressure cookers every day. What we heard shaped how we approached Treble, rethinking the everyday pressure cooker for  Indian Kitchens.

112 Versions. One Purpose.

Over a year of designing, testing and rebuilding went into getting every component right. The valve was tested for 200+ hours.

700+ Hours Under Pressure.

Treble was tested through heat, stress and real cooking conditions. This included 15 safety tests and 50 heat-and-quench cycles, putting its engineering through its paces before it reaches you.

Tested in Real Kitchens. Including Our Own.

Before reaching the market, Treble spent 3 months in our founder’s kitchen, alongside testing in other homes. The feedback helped us track progress, refine the design and make improvements based on performance.

Every Lesson Led to Treble.

From the first observations in Indian kitchens to 112 iterations, 700+ hours of testing and 3 months in our founder’s kitchen, every step shaped the final design.

Everyday cooking. Real questions.

FAQ

Most pressure cookers have a single fixed pressure. This one is built in surgical-steel tri-ply and gives you three modes, Steam, Cook and Express, from the same lid with our patented MaestroValve™ Technology. It also releases steam vertically.

Our patented pressure-regulating technology. Turn the valve to choose STEAM (0 kgf/cm²), COOK (0.9 kgf/cm²) or EXPRESS (1 kgf/cm²).

STEAM for idli, momos and vegetables; COOK for everyday dal, rice and sabzis; EXPRESS for rajma, chana and meat.

Tri-ply construction: 18/8 surgical stainless steel inside, an aluminium core for even heating, and 430 stainless steel outside. Only the 18/8 surgical stainless steel touches your food, with no coating on the cooking surface.

Yes.

3.5L and 5.5L, in Solid Green and Green & Steel.

It is the pressure indicator. It rises when there is pressure inside the cooker and drops once the pressure is fully released. Never open the lid while it is raised.

All cooktops compatible: Gas, induction and electric.

The same as with any other pressure cooker, so your usual recipes work as they are.

Minimum ⅓ and maximum ⅔ of capacity. For foods that foam, such as rice and dal, no more than ½.

Yes. Do your tadka or sauté in the cooker, then add liquid and close the lid.

Steam is released straight upwards rather than sideways, keeping it away from your hands, walls and cabinets.

Only once all the pressure has been released. Never force the lid open.

MaestroValve™ Technology, a pressure indicator, a safety valve, debris and mud preventing valve cage inside the lid, align and lock mechanism for the handle and a BPA-free silicone gasket.

The cooker body is. Wash the lid, gasket and valve by hand.

Yes. Steam from your food passes through the whistle, so give it a quick rinse after every use. This keeps the vent clear and the cooker whistling reliably.

Only once the cooker has cooled and the red pressure indicator has dropped. Then lift the whistle straight up off the vent tube on top of the lid. Never remove it while there is pressure inside.

Rinse it under running water and use a small soft brush to clear any food residue. Check that the vent tube on the lid is clear too: hold the lid up to the light and you should be able to see through it. Dry everything and refit before your next cook. Hand-wash only, and never use pins or sharp objects.

It is the small stainless steel cage on the underside of the lid that covers the vent opening. It stops food particles such as dal skins, rice grains and foam from blocking the vent while cooking, so steam can always escape through the whistle.

After every use, rinse the underside of the lid under running water and use a soft brush to clear any food caught in the cage. Make sure all its openings are clear before you cook again.

A 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Confirmed defects are replaced, not repaired.

Yes. Dal, rice, rajma, chole, khichdi, meat and steamed dishes are all covered across the three modes.
